- Telegram chat ID — only if you opt in to Telegram alerts; used solely to send you trade notifications.
How we use it
- To provide and maintain the service
- To send you trade alerts via email and (optionally) Telegram
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To respond to support requests
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to third parties
- We don't share your data with advertisers
- We don't track you across other websites
Third-party services
We use the following services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy)
- Supabase — authentication and account database
- Resend — email delivery (trade alerts)
- Telegram — only if you opt in to chat alerts
- Anthropic — Claude AI processes anonymized market data; no personal data is sent
Data retention
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we remove your account within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax records of subscription payments).
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request deletion of your account
- Update your email or other account information
- Cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal
