By using Crypto Signal ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

This is not financial advice. Crypto Signal is a research and educational tool. Trade signals, analysis, and AI decisions provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, broker-dealers, or investment professionals. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

What the Service is

Crypto Signal provides AI-generated cryptocurrency analysis powered by Claude. The Service includes:

AI-generated trade decisions (BUY, SELL, SHORT, HOLD) for selected cryptocurrencies
A paper trading portfolio that follows the AI's decisions for transparency
Market data, indicators, and sentiment analysis
Optional alerts via email and Telegram

What the Service is NOT

Not financial advice — we don't tell you what to do with your money
Not investment management — we don't manage funds; we don't trade on your behalf
Not a broker — we don't execute trades; you decide if and when to act on signals
Not a guarantee — past performance of the AI portfolio does not predict future results

Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rate shown on the pricing page
A 30-day free trial is offered. Your card is not charged until day 31.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled
You can cancel at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice to existing subscribers

Refunds

Because of the 30-day free trial, all subscription charges after day 31 are final. Refund requests for special circumstances (duplicate billing, service unavailability) will be reviewed case-by-case at btcsignalapp@pm.me.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with others
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service's signals
Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service in bulk
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts or trading rules
Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate others' rights

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Signal and its operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Trading losses from following or not following the AI's signals
Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
Errors in market data, signals, or analysis

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, due to third-party API outages, or for other reasons.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and AI-generated analysis, is the property of the operator. Your subscription grants you the right to use the Service for personal trading research, not to redistribute or resell it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator's primary residence. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first; legal action only as last resort.
